A Sunday in Office

I have always wondered what a Sunday in office would feel like. As a Fresher in the Organisation, coming to office on Sundays was a usual activity. But coming here on this particular day after more than two years seems to me, kind of, ODD. Well, to begin with, I have the entire floor to myself. Which means I can actually sit around in Boss' chair and think what must be going on in his mind when he makes those decisions.
Then, there are cleaning activities to witness. Not that I am particularly interested in them, but the mechanical precision with which the staff goes about doing that makes me wonder weather these very same people, belonging to a different strata of the economy, would clean their home with the same spirit with which they work now.
This Sunday, why am I here ? Well, I could be in any historic location of my city, reveling in the sense of architecture. I could be in any mall/eatery, whiling my time away observing people. But somehow, I feel a kind of attachment with this place. for one, there is no one to look over my shoulder every now and then, asking me what am I doing. For another, I can actually let my ideas run loose and experiment with them, and in the process, disturb those who think they are enjoying their weekend but are actually dreading the onset of Monday.
I guess that will be all for the day. I better resume what I had come here for, lest I should be apprehended by someone for ruining their "weekend" for no apparent reason
