Goodbyes !!!

As I move ahead in life and embark on a new journey, I would like to say goodbye and thank you to a few people in my life. All of you have helped me in some way or the other in myriad ways. Without your words and actions, I wouldn’t have made it this far. Thank you Lord, for giving me the strength and the will to continue in spite of the various obstacles that I faced on the way. Without faith in you, which I accept wavered many times, I wouldn’t have been able to slog on and reach here. Goodbye to the Intelligent and Humble Colleagues. You all made sure that I developed a viewpoint apart from my preconceived notions. Needless to say, I will look towards you for guidance if I ever need any help in any matter of importance. Thank you. Goodbye to the Lunch Table People. Your witty conversations and leg-pulling never failed to amuse me. Being the butt of jokes, as well as being in the drivers’ seat many times helped me forget my issues momentarily. That served the purpose of de-stressing me before embarking upon a new problem. You guys will be missed. Keep up the fun. Thank you. Goodbye to the Old Boss. You helped me by your advice and encouragement when asked and, most importantly, by keeping away when it was most needed. Your support, however silent, played a very important role in me pursuing whatever it was that I wanted to do. The freedom imparted by you, which at times was unwarranted, proved to be a blessing in disguise. Thank you. Goodbye to the Jobless Colleagues. Hidden behind your words and actions was a picture which I pray I never get to live. Your experiences helped me in deciding what I want from my life. We’ll definitely meet one day in future and then look back at the times gone by. All the best. And thank you. Goodbye to the Super Boss. It has been a real pleasure working with you and knowing you. Your wealth remains an inspiration to me to achieve greater things in life. It was an honour, indeed, to know you. Thank you. Goodbye to the Friends From Class. Competing with you has been really fun. I certainly hope that we all achieve what we had set out to. After all, we all share a common ambition, if nothing else. I wish you all the best in all that you wish to achieve. Thanks for the memories. Goodbye to the Ex who thought I was a loser. If it wasn’t for your acts, I wouldn’t have been angry enough to put forward my best. It was rejection that propelled me to be where I am, and that will still propel me to achieve higher. I wish you all the best for your life. Feel free to stalk me on social networking sites. I assure you, this won’t be the last time you see my presence elsewhere. Goodbye to the Random Friends who had a good laugh upon hearing my plans. I know you mean no harm, and I want you to believe that I mean you no harm. It was fun knowing you because your ways motivated me to achieve something in life. There is something big in store for you too. Just be patient and keep working hard. All the best. There are many more people whom I would like to say goodbye to, but then I intend to stay in touch with you and the goodbye won’t really be in the literal sense.
